How quickly do we turn NDAs around?
Code and Trust countersigns NDAs within 4 business hours of receiving the request. We use a standard mutual NDA that protects both parties — no negotiation required for most clients. If you have specific terms, let us know in the project type field and we'll discuss.

The NDA protects both Code and Trust and the client. Confidential information shared during discovery, scoping, and delivery is protected in both directions.

Our standard NDA is designed to be fair out of the box. Most clients sign without changes. If you need custom terms, we can discuss — but most NDAs are countersigned same-day.

You don't need an NDA to have a 30-minute discovery call — that conversation stays high-level. The NDA is for clients who want confidentiality before sharing technical or business details.
