Software Engineer

We are looking for talented software developers to produce scalable software solutions that are passionate about the work that they do and show creativity in developing new solutions. This position is part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate is comfortable around either, or preferably both frontend and backend coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Team players with a knack for visual design and utility are ideal for this role.

Project Manager

We are looking for a talented project manager to contribute to CODE/+/TRUST’s growth and help our team deliver on all of our development projects. This position is part of a cross-functional team that will assist in the oversight and management of the full software development life cycle, from conception through deployment and maintenance. The responsibilities of this role will include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members to meet deadlines, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.

UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a full-time* UI/UX designer that will be immediately integrated into our team, working with our Product Owners and Software Developers to ensure that the designs are implemented as intended and that the integrity of the user interface and experience are maintained in the final delivered product.

Marketing Manager

We are looking for a full-time* Marketing Manager that will assist in the marketing strategies for the company. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to track and analyze the performance of advertising and marketing initiatives while ensuring that all print and digital content is in line with our brand voice and identity. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in web analytics tools, assist early-stage startups with branding and marketing strategies, and overall be able to take creative ideas and produce effective online and offline marketing strategies through various mediums.

We are looking for a full-time* Hiring Manager and Recruiter that will assist in the expansion of our team. This person will be immediately integrated into our team, working with our leadership group and C-Suites to facilitate a hiring and recruiting process that supports and amplifies the company’s need for strong, dynamic talent. The ideal candidate should be personable with strong talent assessment skills and an ability to negotiate, devising necessary strategies to fill roles with candidates that best fit our company voice and culture.

Director of Photography Apprenticeship - Los Angeles

This position will initially be based in Los Angeles, CA and you will work regularly with Go To Team’s DP, Zach Reed, for clients like: CNN, Comcast, NASCAR, Turner Sports and Assignment Desk. You will be working as a camera assist, running audio and lighting while learning every aspect of high-end video production. This position has a heavy travel schedule taking the crew outside of LA regularly. At the end of the Apprenticeship phase (8-12 months), you’ll be considered for a multi-year contract position where we’ll continue to train you and develop you into a Director of Photography.  If chosen to advance, you’ll be placed in your own market/city outside of LA and we’ll train you to become a Director of Photography.
